Job Title: Assistant Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
Business Development Manager is responsible to expand and maintain company's client
base and product portfolio in chemical and Pharma Sectors. This role involves strategic
planning, Market Research, Negotiating and Sales with Potential Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain good relations with customers
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales
targets and expand Company's customer base.
Negotiate and close sales to maximize profits
Collaborate with Internal teams (R&D, QC, Production) to align on company
goals and new offerings.
Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business
development strategies based on analysis.
Participate in Industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network
with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Sc. (Preferable) or any Bachelor Degree and MBA(Marketing) or any Master's
Degree
3-5years of sales experience in Chemical Manufacturing or Pharma Industries
Successful track record of achieving sales targets and to drive revenue growth
Proficient in market analysis, developing sales strategies, and identifying new
business opportunities
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Experience in negotiating and closing sales
Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
