Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the education and learning sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, distributors, and corporate clients.
Pitch MTG's products and services to potential clients and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design promotional strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports.
Manage client communications and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to the development of new partnerships and business channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (education industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
