Job Overview



We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented

Assistant Business Development Executive & Front Desk Representative

to support our admissions, business development, and front-office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves handling student inquiries, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a positive front-desk experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities -



Front Desk & Inquiry Management



Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents with professionalism. Handle inquiry calls and provide accurate information regarding courses and services. Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and ensuring a welcoming reception area.

Admissions & Student Support



Conduct campus tours and explain course details to prospective students and parents. Assist in the admission process, including documentation, form filling, fee-related queries, and student onboarding.

Business Development & Marketing Support



Respond to and follow up on leads via Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Support the sales and marketing team in implementing business development strategies. Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for promotions and campaigns. Assist in organizing events such as workshops, exhibitions

Administrative Tasks



Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain organized records and databases. Draft professional and well-structured emails. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements



Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to draft professional communication (emails, messages, reports). Basic knowledge of social media handling (Instagram/WhatsApp) is preferred. Creative, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Education



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Hospitality
