Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing brand strategies, positioning, and messaging aligned with company objectives.
Support in annual/quarterly marketing planning, budget management, and reporting.
Campaign Management
Coordinate 360 marketing campaigns (digital, offline, BTL/ATL).
Work closely with agencies/vendors for creative development, media planning, and execution.
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights gathering.
Monitor category trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Sales & Trade Support
Collaborate with sales teams for trade marketing initiatives and POS material creation.
Ensure brand visibility and consistency across retail touchpoints.
Digital & Influencer Marketing
Assist in managing digital campaigns, social media presence, influencer tie-ups, and content creation.
Track KPIs like engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
Product Development & Innovation
Support new product launches - from ideation, packaging, and pricing to GTM execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, sales).
Reporting & MIS
Maintain dashboards on brand performance, sales impact, and campaign ROI.
Present monthly reports to management.
