You will be responsible for supporting marketing team with a portfolio of products to drive key initiatives around brands. Providing support to the brand execution with specific focus on activation, communications, content development, planning and executing promotional events, market information system/ Market Intelligence, and developing and managing key customer relationships with the objective of demand generation.
You assist the Business Development efforts by creating engaging content and develop a pipeline for growing business.
The above should be sustainable, process driven and aligned to the regional/ global strategies.
At the same time, ensuring that the business has a highly differentiated image amongst leading practitioners in different segments of the category /related market. The position of Brand Activation Manager is responsible for building close working relationship with SLSMs, FLSMs and Sales Representative and SFE team, along with the internal teams. Defining priorities and providing direction to achieve ambition and targets become one of the key areas for you to focus on.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Study and interpret market conditions and forecast sales and market share.
Continually provide customer feedback and macro view of the market through designated meets to achieve company's Long, Medium- and Short-term marketing plans
Drive word of mouth using experiential ideas and activations, ensuring that these activations are delivered and relevant and effective platforms.
Validate marketing initiative execution and support sales team.
Develop robust segmentation and targeting, providing customized solutions based on identified barriers.
Work to identify and establish the key stakeholders and KOLs in the therapeutic area
Facilitate cross-functional team effectiveness with support departments to ensure successful delivery of strategy (including brand team meetings).
Ensure regular interface with sales management team to get feed-back on execution of marketing initiatives/tools.
Ensures best practice examples and learning are shared with the team and colleagues.
Maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Ensure compliance from all staff to guidelines, codes, policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
4-5 years Oncology sales experience
Science graduate/B-Pharm or MBA
Good Planning and Organizational Skills
Excellent Scientific acumen
Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
able to manage Excel and PowerPoint effectively.
