We are seeking : Assistant Brand Manager, BANGALORE



As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in OTC/Consumer Health or FMCG sales or marketing. You will be responsible for the development & implementation of the strategic and operational marketing plans for the brand which maximises sales & market share, revenue growth and optimises profitability in the short and long term.

We prefer individuals who are already based out of BANGALORE.



Travel required : local - high, out station - moderate.

Key Responsibilities :



Develop the marketing mix including communication and other activities that drive the long-term equity of the brand. Accountable for the portfolio to deliver financial targets - sales, profitability and market share. Understanding consumer insights/need gaps through research to develop winning propositions. Liaison with the creative agency, media agency & market research agencies. Strong working relationship with internal teams like Sales, Design, Supply chain, Finance etc. Development and finalization of packaging material (Artwork and arrangement of PM from manufacturers). Deploy flawless operational plans to sales team to enable quality execution. Interaction with PM, display etc vendors, as well as manufacturing site, warehouse, logistics etc. Interaction with Logistics and warehouse to execute smooth functioning of operations.

Qualifications :



Graduate from a top tier institute AND/OR an MBA from Tier II institute with 2-3 years of experience in sales (retail or modern trade) or in marketing in FMCG/OTC/healthcare. High proficiency in MS Excel/spreadsheets, MS PPT, MS Word Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good relationship building, negotiation skills and listening skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
