Key Responsibilities:
Manage store and pop-up communication, retailer follow-ups, and contracts.
Handle walk-in customers at the Chhatarpur studio -- record, bill, and report conversions.
Lead influencer tie-ups and press mentions in collaboration with the Merchandising Head.
Coordinate content days with Social Media and Marketing teams.
Maintain the CRM database, ensuring timely updates and follow-up logs.
