Brand & Communication Manager

Role Summary:


Drives external growth through collaborations, store and pop-up initiatives, and customer conversions at the Chhatarpur studio.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage store and pop-up communication, retailer follow-ups, and contracts. Handle walk-in customers at the Chhatarpur studio -- record, bill, and report conversions. Lead influencer tie-ups and press mentions in collaboration with the Merchandising Head. Coordinate content days with Social Media and Marketing teams. Maintain the CRM database, ensuring timely updates and follow-up logs.

Walk-in conversion rate:

30%

Store / pop-up partnerships:

3-4 per month

Influencer / PR tie-ups:

3 per month

Lead follow-up closure rate:

15%

Customer satisfaction rating:

9/10

CRM updates:

100% weekly completion


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
