An Ideal Candidate: 
 The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic brand professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and proven expertise in product branding, preferably in the baby care or FMCG sector. A doctor's degree is required, bringing valuable insights into consumer health and product relevance. The candidate should have a strong understanding of brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior. They excel at developing impactful campaigns, driving brand growth, and collaborating effectively across teams.
