Team Leadership

Lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers.
Drive the team to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
Business Development

Plan and execute branch-level sales strategies.
Build and maintain high-value customer and dealer relationships.
Product Promotion

Ensure effective marketing activities in the branch territory.
Market Analysis

Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales plans.
Branch Operations Support

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections for smooth loan processing.
Requirement :

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: 2-6 years, with a minimum of 1.5 years in BFSI sales (mandatory).
Age: Less than 27 years.
Location Preference: Must reside within a 10 km radius of the assigned location.
Other: Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
