The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with society policies, achieving branch targets, and maintaining smooth functioning of all financial activities. The Assistant Branch Manager also plays a key role in guiding the sales team, handling customer queries, ensuring timely collections, monitoring credit operations, and coordinating with head office. This position requires leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both business growth and operational efficiency of the branch.
