The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and compliance with company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations
Ensure smooth functioning of processes and adherence to SOPs
Handle escalations related to customers and internal operations
Monitor inventory, billing, documentation, and reporting
Sales & Business Development
Support achievement of branch sales targets
Drive walk-in conversions and upselling/cross-selling
Monitor individual and team performance
Assist in local marketing and promotional activities
Team Management
Supervise and guide branch staff
Conduct daily briefings and performance follow-ups
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees
Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity
Customer Experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain long-term customer relationships
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Support audits and internal reviews
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
