We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Assistant Branch Manager - Sales
to support branch operations and drive business growth. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing sales activities, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations and sales management.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
Support in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech sector
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in branch operations or sales supervision.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Goal-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
