Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning Lead and manage a team of counselors and support staff Set and achieve sales and admission targets in coordination with the management Handle walk-in inquiries, provide expert counseling on courses and admission processes Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction Monitor and report performance metrics to the management Support in training and mentoring of new team members Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an

Academic Counselor (Senior role)

Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or related field) Fluency in

English and Malayalam

is mandatory
