Key Responsibilities:
Manage & support Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers
Help branch manager with planning & operations
Monitor daily performance & ensure target achievement
Handle client escalations and documentation
Assist in recruitment, training, and team motivation
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be comfortable managing field teams
Good planning & reporting abilities
