Manage day-to-day branch operations, including customer service and sales. Handle client queries, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution for immigration services. Plan and achieve individual and team sales targets. Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and retention. Follow up on leads, including cold calling and client meetings. Review team performance regularly and provide feedback. Share weekly sales reports and forecasts. Coordinate post-sign-up activities with internal teams. Work closely with Branch/Zonal Manager for smooth branch operations.

:- 3 yrs to 4 yrs

Qualification:-

Any Graduate

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
