To assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure smooth functioning across sales, collections, and customer service, and contribute to business growth and compliance within NBFC policies and guidelines.
Support the Branch Manager in supervising overall branch activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of loan disbursement, customer service, and collections.
Monitor and maintain operational discipline, cash handling, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, audit, and compliance norms.
2. Business Development & Sales
Drive sales of loan products (e.g., gold loans, business loans, vehicle loans, personal loans).
Support in achieving monthly and quarterly branch targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through local marketing and customer engagement.
Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Cross-sell insurance and other financial products.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and local partners.
Oversee verification and KYC processes to maintain data accuracy.
4. Collections & Recovery Support
Monitor daily collection performance and delinquency levels.
Support the collections team in following up on overdue accounts.
Ensure recovery efforts are carried out as per company policy.
Maintain MIS and collection reports for review.
5. Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise and guide executives, field officers, and support staff.
Plan work schedules and allocate responsibilities efficiently.
Train staff on sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and performance tracking.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Branch Manager or Area Head.
Ensure all records, loan files, and registers are updated and maintained properly.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, RBI norms, and local laws.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate (Commerce / Business / Finance preferred).
MBA or PG Diploma in Finance / Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in NBFC / Banking sector.
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred.
