Position Overview:
The
Assistant Branch Manager
will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, team performance, and business development. The role focuses on admissions, marketing coordination, and maintaining excellent student service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch Manager in managing overall branch operations.
Support and motivate the counseling, marketing, and support teams.
Help achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate seminars, college visits, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Handle student inquiries and ensure excellent service quality.
Prepare performance reports and share regular updates with the Branch Manager.
Oversee administrative and academic coordination tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of experience in sales, operations, or academic administration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Target-oriented mindset and team player attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
