Job Overview

We are looking for a sales-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive revenue at our Kailash Colony clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Counsellor or Consultant in a clinic, wellness, or healthcare environment. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Achieve

sales targets

through effective client counselling and conversions Handle walk-in and lead-based consultations for hair & skin treatments Assist the Branch Manager in daily clinic operations Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Follow up with prospective and existing clients for treatment plans Coordinate with the front desk and internal teams for smooth operations Handle billing, reports, and basic MIS Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience as a Counsellor / Consultant / Sales Executive

Strong sales and conversion skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and customer-focused approach Basic knowledge of MS Excel and clinic software is an advantage
