Key Responsibilities
Leadership and staff management: Supervise, train, and motivate the branch team. Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Operations and performance: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Financial management: Create and manage the branch's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue. Implement cost-control measures and forecast financial performance. Analyze financial reports and present insights to senior management. Sales and customer service: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer base. Provide high-quality customer service and handle escalated customer issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community. Compliance and risk management: Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain high ethical standards and manage potential legal and reputational risks. Business development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
