Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Branch Service In-Charge to support the Branch Head in managing daily service operations. The ideal candidate will handle the ground-level coordination of service engineers, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure customer complaints are resolved on time.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Coordination & Field Support:



Assist in marking daily attendance and tracking the leave status of service engineers. Assign daily service routes to engineers under the guidance of the Branch In-Charge. Follow up with technicians to ensure they stick to their schedules and close calls on time.

2. Spare Parts & Inventory Control:



Handle the issuance of spare parts to engineers and track daily consumption. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement. Conduct physical stock verification and alert the In-Charge when stock levels are low.

3. Customer Support & Follow-up:



Call customers to verify service quality and technician behavior. Handle routine customer queries and assist in resolving pending complaints. Coordinate with the central customer care team to update call statuses.

4. Reporting & Documentation:



Compile daily service reports (calls attended, pending, and closed). Maintain updated registers for spare parts and defective components. Assist the Branch In-Charge in preparing monthly performance reports.

Required Skills:



Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in home appliance service or back-office coordination.

Technical Basics:

Familiarity with home appliances (TV, Audio, Kitchen Appliances) is an advantage.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Excel

(for reports) and email communication.

Soft Skills:

Good organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure.

Preferred Background:



Experience as a Service Coordinator, Senior Technician, or Admin Assistant in a service center.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
