Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Designer who can

independently manage boutique operations

while handling customer consultations, design finalization, and smooth coordination with tailoring and hand embroidery teams. The candidate should understand customized fashion, fittings, timelines, and customer expectations, especially for bridal and designer outfits.

Handle day-to-day boutique operations independently

Attend walk in and appointment-based customers professionally

Understand customer requirements, budget, body type, and occasion

Suggest suitable designs, fabrics, and styling options

Finalize blouse, lehenga, gown, and Indo-western designs

Coordination with Tailoring & Handwork Teams

Explain designs clearly to tailors and embroidery workers

Ensure quality, fitting accuracy, and finishing standards

Handle alterations efficiently and within timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-7 years experience in a fashion boutique or designer studio

Strong knowledge of customized blouses, bridal wear, and hand embroidery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
