Title - Assistant BIM Assessor


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist the BIM Assessment & Training Specialist in evaluating candidate proficiency, supporting BIM training initiatives, and coordinating with Talent Acquisition and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with foundational BIM knowledge and a passion for learning and development in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and organizing BIM software assessments for candidates.Support in conducting manual and automated testing across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.Help document the candidate's performance and compile feedback reports for the Talent Acquisition team.Collaborate in creating test cases, scripts, and evaluation criteria based on project and discipline requirements.Maintain and update assessment templates and documentation.Support the development and delivery of BIM skill enhancement programs.Assist in tracking team skill levels and training progress.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to schedule assessments and interviews.Maintain records of candidate evaluations and training sessions.Stay updated on BIM software updates and testing methodologies.



Candidate Specification

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Certification:

Certifications in AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, OBD, MicroStation etc.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bentley tools; familiarity with CDE tool will be an added advantage.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in BIM-related roles or training coordination.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Teamwork:

Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
