Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Banquet Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events
Supervise banquet staff during events and ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with sales, kitchen, housekeeping, and vendors for event execution
Ensure set-ups are completed as per event specifications and timelines
Handle client interactions during events and resolve issues promptly
Monitor service quality and maintain high hospitality standards
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Educational Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Event Management
3-5 years of experience in banquet or event operations (hotel/banquet hall background preferred)
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
Knowledge of banquet service standards and event logistics
