Assistant Banquets Manager
to support our Banquets Department in delivering flawless events and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Banquets Manager in planning and executing all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Coordinate with clients, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth event flow.
Oversee banquet setup, decor, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train banquet staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and support revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively.
Prepare reports, event summaries, and inventory records.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Banquets or F&B operations, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and guest service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
