Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of banquet events.
Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of functions.
Supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure banquet setups are completed according to event requirements, layouts, and timelines.
Monitor food and beverage service, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; report shortages or damages.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in budget management, cost control, and achieving departmental revenue targets.
Support in developing new banquet packages, upselling opportunities, and promotional strategies.
