Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Badminton Coach to lead and develop our Badminton program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching athletes, planning and leading practices, strategizing for games, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and competitive team environment. The coach will be expected to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic excellence among student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head badminton coach with coaching responsibilities. Develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies. Teach fundamental Badminton skills, conditioning techniques, and advanced tactics. Foster a positive team culture. Monitor athlete performance and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure compliance with school, league, and governing body rules and regulations. Maintain open communication with athletes and parents. Promote the badminton program through community engagement and outreach. Monitor progress of student-athletes.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Sports coaching: 1 year (Required)
Language:

Hindi (Required) English, Telugu (Required)
