Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Teach Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD scholars in Psychology.
Design, review, and update course content in line with contemporary psychological theories, practices, and policy developments.
Supervise doctoral research and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and field studies.
Integrate real-world case studies, data analysis, and experiential learning into classroom teaching.
Mentor students for research publications, internships, and academic competitions.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic events, and institutional outreach initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
PhD in Psychology (Mandatory)
Master's degree in Psychology from a recognized university
UGC-NET Qualification (Preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching and/or research experience in higher education.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong academic and research orientation with a track record of publications (preferred).
Ability to simplify and explain complex psychological concepts with clarity and engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
Commitment to fostering a student-centric learning environment.
