About Us:

The T Space is a creative studio specialising in brand shoots, styling, art direction, and social media content for jewellery, clothing, skincare, cosmetics, and lifestyle brands. We work with growing and established brands to create high-quality visuals and content.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Assistant Art Director / Styling Assistant to join our team and support on shoots, styling, props, concepts, and day-to-day creative work.

Role Overview:

You will work closely with the Art Director (Tanishka) to bring creative concepts to life. This includes assisting in product styling, shoot setups, moodboarding, props sourcing, and maintaining visual quality across all content.

Perfect for someone who loves aesthetics, shoots, fashion, jewellery, and behind-the-scenes creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing photoshoots & video shoots Help with styling for jewellery, clothing, skincare, and product shoots Source props, materials, and references for shoots Prepare moodboards, visual references, and creative concepts Maintain shoot sets, product placements, and continuity Organize props and styling inventory at the studio Assist with creative direction on-set to ensure brand aesthetics Support the content team with minor creative tasks when needed Be present during shoots; help in handling products, lighting needs, and set flow
Requirements:

Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and visual detail Interest in fashion, jewellery, beauty, and content creation Ability to understand and follow creative direction Good organisational and multitasking skills Comfortable working on-set and in fast-paced shoot environments Basic knowledge of Pinterest, moodboarding, styling ideas Prior experience in styling / shoots is a bonus, not mandatory
