Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Assistant Architect

with a minimum of

5 years of professional experience

to support architectural design and execution across diverse project typologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and hands-on experience in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design development and execution of architectural projects Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing for approval and construction Work on

high-rise buildings

corporate spaces

commercial

residential projects

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, bylaws, and project requirements Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings Support senior architects in project planning, documentation, and execution Manage timelines and assist in resolving design or site-related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum

5 years of relevant work experience

Proven experience in: High-rise buildings Corporate office spaces Commercial projects Hospitality projects Residential developments Proficiency in architectural software such as

AutoCAD

SketchUp

,

Revit

,

Photoshop

, or similar tools Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
Preferred Attributes

Experience working with interior architecture firms Knowledge of Delhi/NCR building regulations and approvals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Team-oriented with a proactive approach
