Experienced (0.8 years+): Up to ₹3.9 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit insurance agents from the field/open market.
Activate and train newly appointed agents to drive business.
Achieve assigned business targets through effective agent management.
Maintain and update daily activity and performance records.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and agents.
Work towards achieving key operational and sales objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-3 years
Freshers
with good communication skills and local language fluency are welcome.
Experienced candidates
(minimum 6 months in the Insurance/BFSI sector) preferred.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Language:
Proficiency in the local language is a must.
Other Requirements:
All previous employment documents must be available and verifiable.
Female candidates are highly preferred .
