Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to build a strong agency network. Drive sales performance to achieve assigned business targets. Support agents with tools, training, and motivation for sustained success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Track performance metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity. Represent HDFC ERGO with professionalism and customer-centricity in the market.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2 - 3 years

of experience in

insurance, sales, or agency management

. Bachelors degree in any field. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools. Self-motivated with a

go-getter attitude

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
