Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
Generate leads and transfer interested candidates to the Admission Counsellor.
Maintain call records and update daily follow-up reports.
Assist in achieving admission targets through effective communication.
Handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive approach.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Confident and polite telephone manners.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Goal-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor's degree (preferred).
