Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising hospital operations and administrative staff.
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain patient records, admission/discharge logs, and compliance documentation.
Handle vendor communication, inventory management, and logistics.
Monitor cleanliness, facility upkeep, and patient feedback.
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and training coordination.
Prepare reports and assist the senior administrator in daily planning.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in hospital or clinic administration preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic hospital management software.
