Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE
- To provide administrative support to the Picture Research team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Downloading/ordering high res images from picture agencies and supplying to the Design team.
- Logging image information on to the Picture Research Database prior to repro.
- Helping with Image use reporting.
- Supporting in-house and freelance Picture Researchers with all necessary administrative support, when required.
- Undertake any other relevant duties.
KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized institution/university
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
- Meticulous and has attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative & organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and harmoniously with other members of the team.
- Problem solving and analysis.
