Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage professional emails, letters, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and follow-ups.
Provide general administrative and office support to the PMC team.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in an administrative role (preferably in construction, architecture, or PMC environment).
Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
