We are seeking a dedicated Assistant School Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our administrative functions and contributing to the smooth operations of our school. Key Responsibilities:
  • Admissions Support: Utilize your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities to inform and convince prospective parents about the benefits of our school. Guide them through the admissions process while maintaining accurate records.
  • ERP Solutions Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other ERP software, ensuring efficient data management of student information, attendance, staff details, and more.
  • Stock and Data Management: Oversee inventory, coordinate with vendors, and manage stock-taking activities. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Administrative Coordination: Support the administrative head in various tasks, including schedule management, correspondence, and liaising with different departments for smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Track attendance, prepare reports, and maintain clear communication channels within the school community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convince and engage effectively with parents.
  • Fast learner and adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication.
  • Full-time availability, with work hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Work Arrangement:
Full-time position based at our school premises in Old City, Hyderabad. Salary Package:
