Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across all India locations
Manage facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping & security services
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees
Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost control
Handle asset management, maintenance, and AMC coordination
Support HR & Operations teams with documentation and administrative tasks
Prepare and present monthly admin MIS reports
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of admin management experience
Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
Experience handling multi-location admin operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Office & vendor management

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
