We are looking for a proactive assistant to help with daily administrative tasks, e-commerce product management, and basic content creation. The candidate should also know how to use AI tools for writing, image editing, and task automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize emails, messages, and meeting schedules
Set reminders and track daily work tasks
Upload, update, and maintain products on e-commerce websites
Create basic product images, banners, and short videos (Canva or similar tools)
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.) to create content, descriptions, and visual assets
Maintain digital files and documentation
Requirements
Good communication and time-management skills
Familiarity with AI tools and writing prompts (ChatGPT, etc.)
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office)
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
