The AAM / PAM will be responsible for acquiring new customers, opening CASA accounts, and cross-selling banking products like FD, RD, insurance, and loans. The role involves field sales + branch coordination to achieve business targets.
? Acquisition of new CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts)
? Field visits for sourcing new customers & business development
? Cross-selling of banking products like:
FD / RD
Insurance
Demat & Mutual Funds
Loans & Credit Cards
? Maintain relationship with existing customers
? Ensure proper documentation & KYC compliance
? Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
? Coordinate with branch team for account activation & service issues
? Maintain daily activity & sales MIS
