Job Description

Accounts Management - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings. - Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash. Administration - Supervise office administration including procurement, vendor management, and facility upkeep. - Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. - Support HR in onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Liaise with government bodies and external agencies as required. - Maintain documentation, contracts, and company records securely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
