dedicated and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager
to join our finance team in
Electronic City, Bangalore
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Accounts Receivable
and
SAP
, with excellent analytical and coordination skills. Preference will be given to
North Indian candidates
with relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
Accounts Receivable (AR)
operations, including billing, collections, and customer reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely recovery.
Maintain accurate customer ledgers and prepare
aging analysis
reports.
Record and process all financial transactions accurately in
SAP
.
Assist in
monthly and annual financial closings
, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and present MIS reports to management on receivables and cash flow.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support audits, taxation, and other compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
4-7 years of experience
in Accounts Receivable with hands-on SAP knowledge (mandatory).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and reporting.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and financial data analysis.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate:
North Indian candidates preferred.
Experience in
FMCG, trading, or manufacturing industries
will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
