An Accounting Assistant supports the finance department by processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with payroll and tax filings, and maintaining accurate financial records and filing. Key responsibilities include data entry, general ledger postings, assisting with financial reporting, handling petty cash, and providing administrative support, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in accounting software .
