Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of MIS in Excel Issuing E-commerce Sales Invoices - B2C & B2B Reconciliation of E-Commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart with books of accounts Generation of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices Physical filing of Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, and JV files Filing and documentation of GSTR-1 & 3B Conducting Physical Stock Audit at Factory/Godown Physical Audit of Fixed Assets in the organization Reconciliation of E-Invoices and E-Way Bills Matching 2B with purchase entries as per books in Excel Coordination with Sales and Marketing for E-commerce ledger settlements Preparation of GSTR-1 & 3B draft as per Sales, Purchases, and RCM KYC update and documentation for new buyers and suppliers
