Data and record maintenance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and perform data entry.
Qualifications and skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BBA ,B Com Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience as a junior accountant or in a similar role is often required.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel) and strong Excel skills.

Analytical skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Attention to detail:

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential.

Communication:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidentiality:

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Financial reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

Accounts payable and receivable:

Manage invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Bank reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
