We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate data entry
Handle day-to-day accounting in
Tally
Prepare and manage
invoices, vouchers, and expense statements
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Manage
GST, TDS
, and other statutory compliances
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in payroll processing and salary statements
Maintain records for audits and support auditors as required
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Minimum
1 year of accounting experience
Proficiency in
Tally, Excel, and MS Word
Basic knowledge of
GST & taxation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
