Job Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth financial and operational coordination. This role involves handling client communication, supporting financial documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Coordination
Manage a portfolio of clients and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and account documentation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Handle client queries, escalations, and follow-ups professionally.
Financial & Operational Support
Assist in preparing invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic financial documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts team for billing, collections, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy in client-related financial records and transactions.
Track service delivery and ensure commitments to clients are met.
Compliance & Process Support
Support in maintaining compliance-related documents and timelines.
Coordinate with internal finance and compliance teams for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of client-related records.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare client reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of client accounts and communications.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
Administrative & Team Support
Assist senior managers in account reviews and client meetings.
Monitor service timelines and follow up with relevant departments.
Support in improving internal processes for better client experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Additional certification in accounting, CRM tools, or client management is a plus.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business operations.
Experience in finance, taxation, or service-based industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting or CRM software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Salesforce).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with invoicing, billing systems, and basic compliance processes.
Soft Skills
