Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and ledger entries
Handle customer records, payment follow-ups, and receipt management
Prepare bills, invoices, and payment schedules for customers
Maintain bank transactions, cheques, and online transfers
Assist in documentation related to property sales and bookings
Coordinate with management regarding financial reports
Handle basic office work related to accounts and customers
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally / MS Excel / bookkeeping)
Good communication skills to deal with customers politely
Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
Candidate should be from
Jalandhar or nearby areas
