As an accountant at EGO MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.
- Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment while adhering to payment terms and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company\'s financial performance.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to reconcile inventory records, conduct periodic inventory audits, and analyze inventory valuation.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing financial documentation, answering inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and tally for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
