Job Opening: Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1? Data Entry & Bookkeeping

Accurate accounting data entry in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts

Basic accounting entries and math calculations

2? Billing & Invoicing

Preparation of sales & purchase invoices

Handling billing, debit notes & credit notes

Inventory and stock entry management in Tally

3? Banking & Reconciliation

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

Entry of bank payments & receipts

Coordination for basic banking-related work

4? GST & Compliance Support

GST tax computation

Assistance in GST-related entries and returns

Other routine accounting & compliance work

5? Reporting & MS Office Work

Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

Preparation of basic reports and data sheets

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (Preferred)

Skills & Requirements:

Must be proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Knowledge of:

Sales / Purchase / Inventory Management

Bank Reconciliation

Debit Note / Credit Note

GST basics

Good numerical & calculation skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

Fresher or 6 Months experience can apply

Transportation industry experience is an advantage
