Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Data Entry and Bookkeeping:

Accurately entering financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining financial records.

Invoice Processing:

Processing and verifying invoices for accuracy and payment.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Managing accounts payable by processing invoices and payments, and accounts receivable by invoicing clients and tracking payments.

Payroll Processing:

Assisting with payroll processing, including verifying hours worked and processing payments.

Financial Reporting:

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Reconciliations:

Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.

Administrative Tasks:

Handling general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
